Dane Johnson is a native Texan. After graduating from high school, Dane attended the University of Houston. He graduated in just three years from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Business Administration with high honors. Two years later in 1996, Dane earned his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. Dane joined the Galveston County District Attorney’s office. He quickly became the lead prosecutor in County Court Number 1, while gaining valuable trial experience. He was responsible for the training and developing of new assistant prosecutors brought to the office. In two short years, Dane tried over 40 jury trials. After observing Dane in trial, this firm hired him away from the District Attorney. He officially joined the firm in 2000. Dane has handled almost every type of criminal case during his practice. He is an experienced trial lawyer in both State and Federal Court. Dane is dedicated to upholding the Constitution for every client that is accused of a criminal act.
