Brown Hand Center founder arrested for domestic violence

Posted on September 15th, 2010 No Comments

The founder and surgeon at the Brown Hand Center, 53-year old Michael Glyn Brown, was arrested for domestic assault for the second time.  The Brown Hand Center has locations in Houston, Dallas, Austin, Las Vegas, and Phoenix and Brown can frequently be seen in commercials for the center with his wife and children.

Brown was arrested and plead guilty in 2002 to domestic abuse of his third wife, Darlina Brown, after beating her with a bed post while she was pregnant.  Recently, he was arrested again for domestic abuse, this time against his fourth wife, Rachel Brown.  Because this is his second domestic assault charge, Brown is facing a felony charge rather than misdemeanor.  If convicted, Brown could be sentenced to up to ten years in prison.
