Since his arrest, the pharmacist surrendered DEA and DPS controlled substance registration numbers used at the pharmacy and another pharmacy he owns in Rosenberg.  In addition, he has surrendered his personal Texas State Board of Pharmacy license number.  He was released from holding on a $20,000 bond.
